Business Analytics Intern

About the internship

This six-month, on-site Business Analytics internship is based in Bangalore with Talview, a company focused on AI-powered proctoring and secure online assessment technology. The role sits at the intersection of business analysis, project coordination, and product support, helping teams improve processes and deliver implementations smoothly.

What you’ll do

• Study current workflows, gather business needs, and turn them into clear documentation while spotting opportunities to improve how things work.
• Help maintain the regional product backlog and contribute to Agile/Scrum routines.
• Review business processes and compare solution options to support decision-making.
• Keep track of product capabilities so you can assist with implementation work confidently.
• Set up internal and client meetings and record accurate minutes.
• Support project leads by drafting user stories, checking test cases, and assessing proposed solutions.
• Prepare business requirement documents, solution designs, release notes, and user stories.
• Work closely with Product, DevOps, Customer Success, and engineering teams to help ensure releases go out on schedule.
• Support UAT efforts and coordinate with business users during testing.
• Monitor project milestones, compile implementation updates, and assist with planning and resource coordination.
• Run knowledge transfer sessions for Technical Support and Customer Success teams after deployment.
• Contribute ideas toward innovation work and product roadmap planning.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can join full time in office, begin the internship between 7 July 2026 and 11 August 2026, and commit to the full 6-month duration. Applicants should have relevant skills and interest in the work.

Other requirements

• Currently pursuing or already completed a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; an MBA in Operations, Finance, or Human Resources is considered an advantage.
• Strong ability to analyze problems, think critically, and work through issues methodically.
• Good verbal communication, written communication, and documentation skills.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
• Experience preparing reports and delivering presentations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Solid planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• Exposure to GitHub, Linear, project management tools, and Agile/Scrum practices is a plus.

Stipend
