About the Role
Binance is on a mission to build the leading crypto and Web3 platform globally. We are forming an elite and compact LLM Algorithm & Data Science team, consisting of 3 to 5 members, focused on pioneering advanced AI solutions in finance, blockchain, and related sectors. Key Projects
- Develop a Web3 Data Lake LLM that processes large volumes of on-chain and off-chain data for immediate insights.
- Design intelligent trading systems, including trading agents, signal generators, and strategy optimization tools.
- Create compliance and regulatory LLMs to automate compliance processes, enforce travel rules, and conduct on-chain forensics at scale.
- Build AI applications ranging from customer support bots and personalized navigation experiences to new AI-powered Web3 innovations.
Responsibilities
- Lead research and development by designing and training custom foundational LLMs tailored for trading, compliance, and Web3 data.
- Develop next-generation multi-agent systems that integrate search, reinforcement learning, and LLM reasoning to accomplish practical tasks.
- Collaborate on designing and implementing Web3 data lakes, including ETL pipelines, vector stores, and real-time data feeds.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, compliance, and customer support to deploy models effectively in production environments.
- Identify emerging AI-Web3 use cases, develop prototypes, and guide them toward scalable implementations.
Requirements
- Possess a Master's degree or PhD in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Proven research background with publications in reputed conferences or journals such as ICLR, NeurIPS, or ACL related to foundational LLMs, agent frameworks, or reasoning architectures.
- Strong expertise in reinforcement learning, reasoning algorithms, or related fields; experience creating or extending agentic frameworks is advantageous.
- Expert programming skills in Python, with experience in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; capable of developing novel model architectures from scratch.
- A keen interest or background in crypto, Web3 technologies, finance engineering, blockchain protocols, on-chain data analysis, decentralized finance mechanics, or regulatory compliance.
