Replenishment Analyst

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Inventory Replenishment Analyst to strengthen our Commercial team. The role involves managing demand planning and inventory replenishment to ensure optimal stock availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in forecasting demand and replenishment for designated product categories.
• Analyze data to provide recommendations related to baseline, promotional, new product, and seasonal forecasts.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels by planning replenishment and scheduling supplies effectively.
• Oversee stock management at retail outlets and distribution hubs through order placement and allocation processes.
• Enhance inventory targets by optimizing replenishment and allocation mechanisms.
• Handle purchase order generation, timing, and follow up on supplier deliveries.
• Coordinate stock allocations and track timely fulfillment rates.
• Contribute to activities aimed at minimizing aged, excess, and clearance stock through reallocation strategies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in a related discipline.
• Have 2 to 3 years of experience within electronics retail, with solid understanding of product lines, brands, and market conditions.
• Proficient in English language communication, both verbal and written.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Adept at learning ERP systems and technical tools rapidly.
• Strong analytical thinking, coordination abilities, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative approach with a strong focus on achieving results.
