Information Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Human Data Manager to join on a full-time basis. This position involves managing the processes of data collection, validation, and administration to ensure the accuracy and usability of datasets for downstream AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update datasets annotated by humans used in training and assessing AI models.
• Perform reviews and validation of data labels to guarantee uniformity and high quality across different datasets.
• Work closely with various teams to determine data needs and address any discrepancies in annotations.
• Create and maintain documentation such as methodologies for data collection, labeling instructions, and protocols for quality assurance.
• Supervise the performance of the data pipeline and recommend enhancements to increase operational effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in data annotation, validation, or quality assurance workflows is essential.
• Knowledge of data labeling tools like Label Studio or Prodigy is preferred.
• Competence in handling spreadsheets, databases, or other data management systems.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to adhere to structured processing guidelines.
• Strong skills in written communication for documenting procedures and guidelines.

Compensation
