About the Role

Invicta Software is looking for a meticulous and productive Data Entry Operator to support its growing team. In this position, you will help keep company records accurate and reliable by entering, checking, and maintaining data across internal systems. Key Objectives

Input information into company databases and systems accurately and within expected timelines.
Protect data quality by reviewing, validating, and cross-checking records.
Assist different internal teams by preparing dependable records and reports.

Responsibilities

Transfer information from multiple sources into digital databases with speed and precision.
Check records carefully to confirm that details are complete and correct before submission.
Keep files and data records updated in line with company procedures.
Spot inconsistencies or mistakes in data and fix them appropriately.
Work with colleagues to improve and simplify data entry workflows.
Create reports and summaries whenever requested by management.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

Completion of high school or an equivalent qualification; training or certification in data management is an added advantage.
Prior work experience in data entry or a similar position.
Fast and accurate typing ability.
Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, along with exposure to database tools or systems.
Strong focus on detail and well-developed organizational habits.
Comfort with repetitive work while keeping quality consistently high.
Good communication skills and the ability to cooperate effectively with a team.
