Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the daily operation of a single restaurant location. To prepare you for this role, you will undergo a three-week or longer leadership training program tailored to equip you with essential skills.

Desired Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma is mandatory
- Flexibility to relocate within a 50-mile radius of current residence
- Availability for varying shifts including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business requirements
- Food Safety certification (Serve Safe) required
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Working areas can be hot with steam and food vapors; associates stand for extended periods, sometimes handling kitchen knives and equipment. Tasks involve lifting up to 50 pounds, standing up to four hours, and working in fast-paced, noisy environments with limited storage. Effective verbal communication, adaptability to shifting priorities, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
