Internship Overview
This internship provides hands-on experience in finance and accounting within a prestigious interior design firm based in Dubai. The intern will contribute to maintaining financial accuracy, compliance, and reporting to support the company's operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the upkeep of precise accounting records.
- Input financial transactions into designated accounting software systems.
- Help prepare monthly and yearly financial reports.
- Support compliance activities including GST and TDS filings.
- Participate in reconciliations involving banks, vendors, and customers.
- Maintain organized filing and documentation systems.
- Understand and adhere to the organization's accounting procedures.
- Provide aid to senior accountants during audit and month-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary financial data.
- Undertake additional responsibilities to enhance learning and professional growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must be able to work remotely and adhere to the working hours of 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM Indian Standard Time.
- Availability to begin between August 21 and September 25, 2026.
- Commitment to a 6-month internship duration.
- Relevant skills and interest in finance and accounting roles.
- Possess a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or related disciplines.
- Have at least one year of experience in a similar accounting or finance position.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
