Role Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver stimulating and enjoyable learning experiences for young children.
  • Lead the nursery team with energy, passion, and creativity.
  • Support children's developmental progress while fostering strong relationships with their families.
  • Organize engaging educational activities to inspire curiosity and growth.
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene within the nursery environment.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possession of a Level 3 qualification or higher in early years education.
  • Experience working in early years settings; supervisory experience is preferred, especially as a Senior Nursery Room Leader or Nursery Room Manager.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills capable of motivating and supporting the team.
  • A deep passion for promoting child development and nurturing effective family relationships.
