Role Overview

The Senior Engineering Manager will lead the Platform Engineering team, taking full ownership of the delivery, performance, and continuous enhancement of the platform infrastructure supporting Traild’s products. Platform Engineering oversees cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, compute, storage, CI/CD pipelines, observability, infrastructure as code, developer experience, and financial operations, tackling complex challenges in scalability, reliability, automation, and cloud operations.

Initially, you will oversee a team of four engineers, guiding technical direction, operational models, and long-term strategies. As Traild expands globally, the Platform Engineering team will also grow, potentially including cloud security and product security functions, offering future opportunities to manage Engineering Managers and build additional squads.
