Role Overview
As a Manager with 7-10 years of experience, your role centers on effecting innovative, leading-edge solutions to deliver lasting client impact. You will take full ownership of projects, guiding multiple workstreams and ensuring alignment with strategic aims for organisational transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client presentations showcasing milestones and results, fostering strong relationships and exploring future opportunities.
- Oversee multiple project streams ensuring consistency with overall objectives and supply guidance to team leads.
- Facilitate onsite workshops to align on strategic goals and gather essential client insights for customised solutions.
- Collaborate in project planning efforts including timelines, resource management, and risk mitigation.
- Resolve complex challenges by applying analytical acuity and subject matter expertise.
- Utilize AI-powered technologies and digital tools to improve project delivery and client value.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks on deliverables to confirm accuracy and compliance with client needs.
- Initiate and support business development initiatives including networking, proposal development, and designing innovative service delivery methods.
- Mentor junior personnel, providing feedback and fostering professional growth.
- Coordinate with the national Human Capital Consulting Practice for broad practice development and business growth.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- 7-10 years of consulting or professional services experience focused on organisational transformation, workforce strategy, or change management.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in areas such as Change Management, Organisational Development, Leadership Studies, HR Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Proven background in organisational design, operating model development, or change programme leadership.
- Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, able to clearly convey complex concepts.
- Exceptional relationship building and interpersonal skills, leveraging emotional intelligence and trust to achieve client satisfaction.
- Analytical proficiency to assess data, identify trends, and develop strategic solutions.
- Adaptive to new technologies including AI-driven tools for advancing organisational and workforce challenges.
