About the Role

Join the Interior Health Authority team at the Kelowna Warehouse (Reids Corner) in scenic Kelowna, British Columbia. As a Maintenance Scheduler, you will be integral in streamlining maintenance tasks within a complex healthcare setting. Collaborating closely with Trade Supervisors and Facilities Management & Operations teams, your role involves coordinating both preventative and corrective maintenance efforts. You will manage work orders utilizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), prioritize assignments to ensure safe and dependable building operations, and work diligently to minimize interruptions to patient care.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and uphold preventative maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate daily and extended work plans.
• Monitor workload statistics and essential performance indicators.
• Maintain accuracy and currency of maintenance records.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize resource utilization.
