Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and balance the previous day’s financial transactions, including daily operating sales and labor summaries.
• Review night audit reports thoroughly to verify transaction accuracy and analyze adjustments.
• Reconcile banquet revenues by auditing banquet tickets against banquet orders to guarantee correct billing.
• Monitor various financial adjustments such as rebates, miscellaneous charges, promotional tickets, and payouts, ensuring proper routing and tracking.
• Maintain comprehensive filing and archiving of financial documents in compliance with tax authority regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments to support overall operational success.
