Frontline Engineer - CCR Operator

Position Summary

The Frontline Engineer will serve as the Central Control Room (CCR) Operator responsible for overseeing operations in the Raw Mill, Cement Mill, and Slag Mill areas. Reporting directly to the Section Incharge (Mill), this role involves close coordination with technical teams to ensure smooth production processes and timely resolution of operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Central Control Room operations effectively.
• Collaborate with various technical departments to maintain seamless operations.
• Use expertise in breakdown and shutdown procedures to minimize downtime.
• Adopt a proactive attitude with timely decision-making to prevent equipment or circuit failures.
• Address problems promptly or escalate issues to immediate supervisors if unresolved.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably Diploma in Chemical Engineering or B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical Engineering.
• Have at least 2 years of experience operating Roller Press machinery.
