SafeCloak specializes in providing intelligent digital locker systems designed for secure and convenient storage solutions. We are seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to support customers in managing locker operations and to ensure efficient daily functioning of our lockers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist users in operating SafeCloak digital lockers, including booking, opening, closing, and retrieval processes.
• Monitor locker functionality and promptly identify any technical or operational problems.
• Liaise with maintenance and technical teams to address issues requiring expert attention.
• Conduct on-site visits to locker locations as necessary to investigate and resolve operational challenges.
• Ensure consistent availability and proper working condition of all lockers.
• Handle customer inquiries courteously, providing prompt and effective support.
• Document and report damaged equipment, malfunctioning doors, display issues, power failures, or other operational concerns to relevant teams.
• Keep detailed records of locker-related problems and remedial steps taken.
• Assist the operations team during emergencies or urgent locker-related situations.
• Adhere strictly to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety policies, and operational guidelines.
• Work shifts on a rotational basis including weekends and holidays as needed to meet operational demands.

• Strong communication abilities and customer service skills.
• Basic familiarity with smartphones and digital applications.
• Capability to comprehend and troubleshoot basic operational difficulties.
• Dependable and punctual work ethic.
• Ability to perform tasks independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to travel to various locker sites.
• Basic technical knowledge is advantageous.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have completed 12th grade; graduates are preferred. Fresh candidates are welcome to apply. Preference will be given to those with prior experience in operations, customer support, fieldwork, or technical support roles.
