Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Demonstrate proven success in commercial roofing estimating.
• Exhibit strong knowledge of construction principles and the capability to interpret architectural plans and specifications accurately.
• Experience with takeoff and estimating software, preferably PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or equivalent tools.
• Maintain high levels of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
• Based in Riverside County, with some travel required within Southern California.
