Overview
We seek a dynamic and goal-oriented Driver Operations Specialist responsible for managing and enhancing the entire driver lifecycle. This role focuses on driver attraction, activation, reactivation, and retention while promoting operational excellence and robust performance across various regions.
Key Duties
- Lead efforts to engage drivers through strategies that attract, activate, reactivate, and retain them efficiently.
- Provide specialized training and mentorship to agency teams to boost their skillsets, performance, and motivation.
- Track and analyze driver-related metrics from app downloads to order creation, identifying trends to enhance KPIs across territories.
- Develop and execute creative motivational and training initiatives to maintain agent enthusiasm and support growth.
- Continuously refine strategies aimed at maximizing driver activation and reactivation.
- Supervise the quality and effectiveness of call scripts and phone interactions, including testing new hypotheses for improvement.
- Plan and manage city launches, travelling as necessary to lead recruitment and ensure successful market entry.
- Oversee and strengthen relationships with suppliers and recruiters, acting as the primary liaison for ongoing support and partnership success.
- Engage with partners to secure the best offers and arrangements that appeal to drivers.
Essential Skills and Expertise
- Experience in monitoring call quality and optimizing communication scripts.
- Proven ability to handle city launches and coordinate ground-level driver recruitment.
- Strong skills in managing stakeholders and developing partnerships.
