Role Overview

The Brand Coordinator will work full time in the London Area, United Kingdom, with the flexibility to work from home part of the week. The position supports the day-to-day running of the brand and helps bring campaigns and activations to life across digital, retail, and partnership channels. You will help keep the brand calendar on track, coordinate timelines, assets, and approvals, and contribute to consistent execution across touchpoints. This is a broad, hands-on role at the centre of a founder-led business in its earliest stage, with direct exposure to the founder and CEO across brand, marketing, community, PR, and operations.

What You'll Do

  • Handle incoming press and editorial enquiries, arrange product samples, and act as the main contact for journalists and beauty editors.
  • Keep the community updated and engaged through email, social channels, and Instagram responses.
  • Identify, organise, and coordinate shoots as well as other creative content assets.
  • Write and refine captions, short-form video content, stories, and community replies, while supporting email campaigns and wider marketing activity as directed.
  • Support events from early planning through to delivery, including logistics, sourcing, on-site coordination, and phone-based content capture; also work with freelancers, consultants, and agency partners.
  • Take ownership of special projects such as PR mailers and merchandise sourcing.
  • Manage administrative tasks and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
