Role Overview

This is a hands-on, builder-style position for someone who can handle the full creative cycle end to end. The person in this role will shape how the brand appears, communicates, and grows across every touchpoint. You will be creating content on-site, turning raw footage into performance ads, managing social channels, and helping expand the brand through influencer and media relationships. The work calls for someone equally comfortable using a camera, editing content, and engaging directly with online communities.

Key Ownership Areas

  • Capture photo and video content both inside the clinic and at off-site locations, including treatments, spaces, team interactions, and guest experiences. You will plan the shoot and operate the camera yourself.
  • Run organic social channels from start to finish across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including planning the content calendar, scheduling posts, publishing, and handling community engagement.   • Convert source footage into high-performing Meta advertising assets for Instagram and Facebook, covering feed, carousel, story, and Reel placements.
