About the Role

A prestigious architectural studio based in Dublin, renowned for award-winning design work across residential, mixed-use, educational, commercial, and conservation sectors, is looking to expand its team by hiring an experienced Architect / Senior Architect. This position offers an excellent avenue to develop your career with one of Ireland's foremost design practices, known for their dedication to innovative, sustainable architecture and design excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the end-to-end delivery of residential and mixed-use development projects, from initial concept through to construction completion.
  • Prepare and manage all documentation required for planning, tender, and construction phases.
  • Collaborate extensively with clients, consultants, and contractor teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Ensure all deliverables comply rigorously with current Irish building regulations.
  • Produce high-quality design and technical documents primarily utilizing Revit software.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualified Architect with professional accreditation from RIAI or RIBA.
  • More than five years of professional experience within the industry.
  • Demonstrated experience on residential projects, preferably medium to large-scale housing, apartment buildings, or mixed-use schemes.
  • Proven ability to manage full project lifecycles from concept through to site completion.
  • Thorough understanding of Irish Building Regulations and excellent technical knowledge.
  • Fluency with Revit for design documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and client engagement skills.
  • Eligibility to work legally within Ireland.
