About the Role
This full-time remote internship involves active contributions to the HelloGrowthCRM platform using Next.js, React, and Node.js technologies. The intern will focus on enhancing user interface quality, optimizing performance metrics, and integrating robust SEO practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve UI glitches, layout misalignments, and ensure responsiveness across various devices including mobiles, tablets, and desktops within the HelloGrowthCRM website.
- Boost page load speed and Core Web Vitals such as Largest Contentful Paint (LCP), Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS), and Interaction to Next Paint (INP) by refining images, font usage, code bundle size, and rendering techniques.
- Implement comprehensive on-page SEO measures: optimizing meta titles/descriptions, establishing semantic heading hierarchies, internal linking strategies, image alt attributes, sitemap generation, robots.txt management, and structured data application.
- Leverage AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to research competitors, identify valuable keywords, analyze UI/UX trends, and translate findings into actionable improvements on the website.
- Develop scalable, reusable, and fully responsive UI components using React framework, Tailwind CSS styling, and modern JavaScript standards.
- Monitor search rankings and website traffic through Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and PageSpeed Insights, preparing concise weekly improvement reports.
- Employ Git and GitHub for version control, ensuring detailed and well-documented pull requests.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be available to work remotely full-time, approximately 35 hours per week.
- Applicants should be prepared to start between August 4, 2026, and September 8, 2026.
- A commitment of six months is required for this internship.
- Preference is given to students or graduates in Computer Science or related IT fields.
- Demonstrated experience in building and deploying at least one live website, with portfolio or GitHub links to be shared.
- Comfortable with using AI tools for research, debugging, and content creation.
Compensation and Perks
- A monthly stipend of INR 2000 is provided.
