Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site Window Cleaner position located in The Villages, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning interior and exterior windows, including glass doors, frames, and sills, for residential and commercial properties, utilizing the correct tools and cleaning agents. Daily duties encompass the safe setup and operation of ladders and equipment, working at elevated heights when necessary, and strictly adhering to all safety protocols. The role requires travel between various job sites, professional interaction with customers, and precise execution of work orders and schedules. Additionally, the Window Cleaner will assist in maintaining equipment, ensuring work areas are kept neat, and reporting any safety or maintenance concerns to a supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or a keen interest in window and glass cleaning for residential and/or commercial properties.
• A background in contract cleaning, commercial cleaning, or similar professional cleaning environments is beneficial.
• Capability and willingness to work safely at heights, including the proficient use of ladders and associated safety gear.
• Exceptional attention to detail, a strong sense of reliability, and the capacity to follow established safety and quality procedures.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, climb, and handle equipment throughout the workday.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation for travel to and between job sites within The Villages, FL.
• Proficient communication skills and a customer-centric attitude for interactions on client properties.
• While prior experience in window or exterior cleaning is preferred, it is not strictly required, as training opportunities may be available.
