A leading travel company is looking for an experienced Visa Consultant to support clients with visa applications related to travel, employment, education, and immigration. Job details
- Location: Mulund, Mumbai Metropolitan Region
- Shift timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Working days: 6 days a week with Sunday fixed as weekly off
- Gender preference: Male and female candidates both can apply
- Experience required: 2+ years in Visa Consultant work from the travel industry
- Salary: INR 25,000 to 30,000 per month, with an upper yearly package mentioned up to 3.60 LPA
- Immediate joiners are preferred
About the role
The selected candidate will advise clients on visa requirements, help prepare and file applications, validate supporting documents, and coordinate with relevant authorities whenever needed. The role also involves keeping clients informed about their application progress and maintaining proper records.
Responsibilities
- Speak with clients to understand the purpose of travel and the visa category they need.
- Guide applicants through the visa filing process and support them with application preparation.
- Check documents carefully to confirm they are complete, correct, and compliant.
- Keep track of changes in visa rules, immigration guidelines, and related policies.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, or government offices whenever required.
- Respond to client questions and provide timely status updates on applications.
- Maintain organized records of applications, documents, and case progress.
Requirements
- Good understanding of visa procedures and immigration requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to manage several applications at the same time.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and document handling tools.
- Prior exposure to visa consulting, immigration services, or the travel industry is preferred.

Compensation
