Role overview

The company is hiring a creative thumbnail specialist with strong experience in the YouTube environment. In this position, you will develop ideas, build compositions, and turn those concepts into polished thumbnails for multiple Beast channels. Strong Photoshop ability and solid photo manipulation skills are essential. The role also calls for a collaborative mindset and a willingness to keep improving.

Key responsibilities

• Develop fresh, original thumbnail concepts.
• Create realistic, attention-grabbing thumbnails through Photoshop and advanced image editing.
• Keep track of current thumbnail trends and effective best practices.
• Work with the thumbnail production team so all required assets are gathered for each project.
• Partner with teammates by exchanging ideas, sharing resources, and giving constructive feedback.
• Handle additional duties as needed.

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of hands-on Photoshop experience.
• Strong ability in photo manipulation.
• Good grasp of visual design principles and design elements.
• Awareness of current graphic and thumbnail-style trends.
• Clear communication and strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and schedules carefully.
• Comfort using Google Drive and Discord.
• Flexibility when timelines or deliverables change.
• Capability to work well with people and teams across all levels of the organization.
• Strong enthusiasm for YouTube.
• 3D skills are an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to create hand-drawn or 3D concepts is a plus but not required.
