As Technical Project Manager, you will lead delivery across engineering, product, integrations, and customer success. The role focuses on converting roadmaps into clear, sequenced plans, coordinating dependencies, keeping technical and client-facing teams aligned, and ensuring complex initiatives are completed on schedule and to the required standard.

What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of technical projects from initial kickoff through launch and the post-launch review.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and dependency plans across multiple functions.
  • Facilitate planning sessions, daily or recurring standups, and retrospectives while keeping teams accountable and removing blockers.
  • Turn product and technical needs into defined scope, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
  • Spot delivery risks early, explain tradeoffs, and help drive timely decisions.
  • Coordinate platform rollouts and new practice implementations against clear readiness benchmarks.
  • Provide concise updates on progress, risks, and timing to leadership and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in technical project management or program management, preferably within software or SaaS.
  • Proven history of delivering complex technical work involving multiple teams on time and as planned.
  • Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle and agile ways of working.
  • Ability to review technical requirements and discuss them confidently with engineers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to align different functions.
  • Highly organized with close attention to dependencies, risks, and details.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and details may shift.
