Technical Executive

Role Overview

We are hiring a Technical Executive for an immediate joiner requirement in Karad, India. This position reports to the Technical Manager and involves hands-on technical coordination for construction-related work.

Aswani Industries operates under the Ascolite brand, which began by setting up a large, modern Fly Ash Blocks (Autoclaved Aerated) manufacturing unit in Surat, Gujarat. The company now offers more than 100 products across walling, tile fixing, waterproofing, and construction chemicals.

Core Responsibilities

• Handle customer or project complaints and support issue resolution.
• Oversee the technical side of construction projects, including site inspections, quality checks, and execution support.
• Work closely with internal teams to help complete projects on time and within budget.
• Carry out routine inspections to spot problems early and take corrective action when required.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to support smooth project delivery.
• Follow company policies, industry practices, and applicable regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have a B.Tech or B.E. in Civil Engineering and should be able to join immediately.
