Role overview
Priceline is hiring a Talent Associate to support its Talent Acquisition function within a hybrid setup that requires two days in the office. This is an active opening for a currently available position in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
The role sits within the People & Culture and Legal environment, where the focus is on maintaining an ethical workplace that helps employees feel safe, supported, valued, and able to grow. In this position, you will contribute directly to recruitment operations, candidate experience, and the pre-onboarding journey for new team members across global teams.
What you will do
- Plan and manage interviews across several stages, keeping candidates and recruiters updated quickly and clearly so the hiring experience stays smooth and engaging.
- Oversee global pre-onboarding activities for new hires in partnership with HR Operations and IT.
- Organize orientation schedules across regions, with particular responsibility for sessions held in the Toronto office.
- Support hiring managers and interview panels, including senior and C-level stakeholders, by setting expectations and keeping recruitment workflows on track.
- Manage logistics for virtual and onsite interviews, including coordination, administrative follow-through, and timely resolution of issues or changes.
- Contribute to a range of Talent Acquisition initiatives, projects, and ad hoc tasks as needed.
What you need
- A strong academic record and a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally with direct exposure to Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent planning and multitasking abilities, with a careful eye for details.
- Comfort in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with international teams and managing global stakeholders is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for handling data is a plus.

Compensation and benefits
The stated salary range for this role is CAD 70,000 to CAD 80,000 per year. Depending on role eligibility, compensation may also include an annual bonus and/or equity grant.

Work model and additional details
