An opportunity is available for a Supervisor to join the Belfast store and contribute to its ongoing performance.

Role Summary

In this role, you will report to the Store Manager and lead a team of Sales Advisors. The position is varied and may involve preparing for floor walks with major luxury brands, coordinating stock activities with head office, and delivering training to improve product knowledge. The goal is to support commercial growth and overall store success.

Commercial Focus

• Work as part of the leadership group to help improve store performance and commercial outcomes.
• Spot opportunities to strengthen results in line with current market trends.
• Assist with putting strategic plans into action so departmental objectives are achieved.
• Review data and performance indicators to guide decisions and improve KPIs.

Team Leadership and Management

• Take ownership of your department and help ensure the team delivers strong results.
• Motivate, coach, and support colleagues to help them perform at their best.
• Collaborate with the Store Management team, responding to feedback and working toward targets and deadlines.
• Develop productive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with people across all levels of the business.

Development

• Support the personal growth and progression of the team as part of the leadership structure.
• Take ownership of your own development and look for ways to build your capabilities.
• Coach and upskill the sales team to help create future progression opportunities within the business.

Operational Efficiency

• Manage day-to-day store activity with a focus on efficiency, quality, and compliance with company procedures.
• Use communication tools to track task completion and make sure the team understands key priorities.
• Support the Store Manager in delivering results aligned with retail objectives and business needs.

Controls and Standards

• Help monitor and achieve store KPIs such as sales, incentives, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Ensure wage costs stay within weekly controls and resolve any issues promptly.
• Stay composed during operational challenges and make practical decisions that lead to solutions.
• Manage stock movement, carry out accurate store audits, and maintain visual standards in line with company guidance.

About You

The ideal candidate is a flexible retail professional with a strong interest in premium fashion and a commitment to excellent customer service. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, able to think on your feet, and present yourself as a polished representative of the brand.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, preferably in a supervisory or management-style position.
• Demonstrated ability to support, motivate, and guide team members in a busy retail environment.
• A solid history of meeting sales targets and delivering strong outcomes.
• Good understanding of products, including brands, fashion trends, and materials.
• Knowledge of retail operations such as merchandising, stock management, and loss prevention.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
