Role Overview
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of one of the brand’s retail stores in the UAE. The position goes beyond operational oversight; it also requires close customer engagement and a relationship-driven approach. You will be expected to understand customer needs in detail and present the products that best match their preferences. Every visitor matters, whether they are making a purchase or simply browsing.
Store Operations and Sales
- Oversee all daily store activities, including opening and closing routines, staffing, and supervision of the sales floor.
- Take ownership of the store’s daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Manage the floor actively to improve conversion, average transaction value, and units per transaction.
- Make sure products are available, priced correctly, and handled accurately within the store.
- Maintain high standards in store presentation, including visual merchandising and overall cleanliness and order.
- Monitor stock movement at store level, conduct counts, and ensure records and documentation are accurate.
- Apply strong loss prevention controls across the store.
- Identify stock mismatches, investigate them, and report discrepancies.
Customer Experience
- Stay visible on the sales floor and set the standard for customer service through your own actions.
- Manage VIP customers and resolve more complex service situations.
- Ensure the team consistently delivers a premium service experience every day.
- Review customer feedback and respond quickly with store-level action where needed.
Team Management
- Lead the store team on a daily basis, including shift planning and task distribution.
- Define clear priorities and expectations for each day.
- Carry out regular performance discussions and address issues without delay.
- Help build a positive, energetic, and motivated work culture.
Training and Onboarding
- Ensure new employees complete the onboarding process and understand store procedures.
- Support the team with ongoing product updates and selling guidance.
- Reinforce service expectations and basic selling techniques on the floor.
- Spot capability gaps and report training requirements to the Retail Manager.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should bring at least 5 years of experience managing retail stores in the UAE, preferably within luxury, watches, or jewelry. A relevant academic background in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a similar field is preferred, along with certifications in sales, management, or project management from accredited providers. Strong English communication skills are required, and Arabic fluency is also essential.
