About the role

7-Eleven is a global convenience retailer with more than 86,000 stores and a strong focus on innovation across convenience, food service, and fuel. The company is looking for a Retail Sales Associate / Store Crew member who can help deliver a positive customer experience while supporting day-to-day store operations. This is an entry-level opportunity with schedules designed to be flexible.

The role is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and contributing to a friendly store environment. Prior experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or food service is helpful, but it is not mandatory because training is provided for candidates with the right attitude.

What you will do

• Handle cash, process fuel-related transactions, and support routine checkout operations.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked so it remains ready for customers.
• Assist with food preparation and follow food safety practices where the role includes food service duties.
• Prepare beverages and other customer favorites, including coffee, when needed.
• Deliver friendly service and help create enjoyable interactions for customers.
• Promote the loyalty and rewards program during customer interactions.
• Follow health code requirements and store procedures at all times.
• Work with repeated bending, standing, reaching, multitasking, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
