The Senior Director Analyst will join the Emerging Market Dynamics Practice, focusing on AI services and related technology trends. This role involves developing forecasts, written research, and client advisory tailored to AI services market dynamics and growth opportunities, helping high-tech clients understand the competitive landscape and service delivery evolution due to AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the enterprise AI services market with emphasis on market sizing and predictive modeling considering industry and geographical factors.
• Provide strategic, actionable advice to executives across the high-tech sector including CEOs, general managers, product, and marketing leaders via published research and direct client interaction.
• Assess market opportunities through competitive and customer opportunity evaluations, delivering innovative, provocative insights.
• Develop thought leadership and novel perspectives to address client needs and drive strategic progress.
• Perform deep analysis to identify client challenges and reframe strategies to overcome barriers.
• Lead research agenda development by offering independent insights and shaping team analyst positions.
• Research and interpret market trends to advise clients and vendors effectively.
• Create and present high-impact materials for Gartner events, industry forums, and client briefings.
• Support sales functions by representing market perspectives to enhance client engagement and content generation.
• Review and ensure high-quality timely content output and mentor junior team members.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degrees preferred.
• Over 12 years of relevant industry experience.
• Expertise in market sizing and forecasting methodologies.
• Strong numeracy, critical thinking, and ability to quickly understand market drivers and behaviors.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
• Demonstrated ownership mentality and ability to deliver results under deadlines.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in global multicultural teams.
• Executive presence with credibility at senior leadership levels.
