About the Role
Classe365 is expanding quickly, and its platform is helping educators in many countries adopt a student information system and learning management system that reduces administrative workload and lets institutions focus more on teaching and learning. The team is looking for someone to add a strong human touch to the onboarding experience and support a sales-focused customer journey.
The role is described as Customer Success Manager internally, but the work is fundamentally a sales position centered on lead conversion, product demonstrations, and meeting revenue goals.

What You Will Do
- Make 70–80 phone calls each day and identify opportunities among educators who have already shown interest in the product.
- Run engaging product demonstrations and organize your workflow effectively to turn prospects into paying customers.
- Work toward sales targets and aim to exceed them while helping improve customer satisfaction.
- Build deep product knowledge so you can confidently guide users and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Learn the education sector and the details of the Classe365 platform thoroughly enough to become a trusted product expert.
