Remote HR Generalist

Role overview

We are hiring a committed Remote Field HR Generalist in Omaha, Nebraska, to provide day-to-day human resources support across several locations.

What you will do

This position covers a broad range of HR responsibilities, including employee relations, onboarding, performance support, and policy execution.

• Act as a main contact for employees and managers with HR-related questions and concerns.
• Support hiring activities, schedule interviews, and coordinate onboarding for new team members.
• Help ensure adherence to applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Assist with performance management processes and initiatives focused on employee development.
• Deliver training on HR policies, workplace safety, and diversity and inclusion topics.
• Keep HR documentation accurate and up to date, and prepare reports that monitor key HR metrics.
