Role Overview

This opening is for a Proofreader based in Lucknow. The role suits someone who can review written material carefully and help maintain high editorial standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review content carefully for spelling mistakes, grammar issues, punctuation errors, and formatting problems.
• Check that the writing is clear, consistent, and polished before publication.
• Confirm that page numbers, headings, references, and layout elements are accurate.
• Work closely with writers and editors to resolve corrections.
• Ensure final material is accurate and delivered within required timelines.

Requirements

• Strong English language proficiency with a keen eye for detail.
• Good comprehension and reading ability.
• Comfort with basic computer tools such as MS Word and Google Docs.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Experience of 0 to 5 years.
