Role Overview

ASPIRE Executive Academy is expanding Qatar’s executive education offering with internationally benchmarked leadership programs delivered locally in partnership with leading global institutions. The organisation is looking for a Program Director for Board & Governance Programs to lead, grow, and own executive programs designed for board directors, chief executives, and senior governance leaders.

This position is a senior ownership role with direct exposure to board-level environments and enterprise decision-making, rather than a coordination-focused position.

Key Ownership Areas

• Take full responsibility for the delivery and development of board and governance programs from start to finish.
• Build and maintain relationships with board members, CEOs, and other senior governance stakeholders.
• Drive program revenue, partnership development, and the quality of executive cohorts.
• Work closely with global faculty members and governance specialists.
• Convert real boardroom challenges into structured learning experiences for executives.
• Design and deliver high-impact programs for senior leadership audiences.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant brings 8 to 15 years of experience in consulting, executive education, corporate governance, advisory work, or senior leadership positions. A strong grasp of boardroom dynamics and governance structures is essential, along with the confidence and credibility to engage effectively with CEOs, board members, and senior executives. Discretion, stakeholder management strength, and prior exposure to governance, consulting, or corporate advisory work are highly valued.
