Parmalat Australia is looking for a skilled and driven Production Operator to join its Harvey Fresh dairy manufacturing site in Harvey, Western Australia. This is a full-time, on-site role working four 12-hour day shifts.

What you will do

The successful applicant will operate within a dairy production environment at the Harvey Fresh plant, supporting day-to-day manufacturing activities and helping maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality output.

What the role calls for

• A strong focus on safety and product quality.
• Ability to think laterally and work through equipment or process issues.
• Clear and effective communication.
• A good working knowledge of GMP and HACCP, which is preferred.
• Competence with numbers and strong reading and writing skills.
• Prior experience operating liquid rotary fillers in food manufacturing, while desirable, is not mandatory.
