What you will do

• Create and ship complete AI-enabled product features spanning backend services and frontend experiences.
• Prototype AI agent scenarios quickly and use iteration to test and improve new product concepts.
• Develop clear user flows, reusable blueprints, and practical demos that make AI workflows easier to understand and adopt.
• Work alongside product managers and engineers to turn concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Contribute to Java-based backend development and support frontend implementation and integration when required.
• Improve the speed, usability, and reliability of AI-powered workflows.
• Take part in technical discussions, architectural choices, and ongoing product enhancement efforts.
• Keep up with new AI tools, frameworks, and development practices to strengthen product capabilities.

What the team is looking for

• Proven full-stack engineering experience, with strong Java backend expertise.
