Role overview
We are looking for a driven, well-organised, and professional Personal Assistant to work alongside a top-performing real estate agent at haus & haus. The position plays an important part in keeping day-to-day activity running smoothly so the agent can stay focused on client meetings, negotiations, and business development.
Key responsibilities
- Organise the agent’s calendar by arranging appointments, meetings, and property viewings in an efficient way.
- Handle incoming emails and WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the CRM and internal tools so records stay accurate and current.
- Actively identify buyer matches within the company database and contact relevant people to help open new opportunities.
- Spot potential matches outside the agent’s own listings and connect qualified leads where suitable.
- Draft and send monthly market updates to homeowners, including information on recently sold homes and newly listed properties.
- Work with conveyancers and support administrative tasks during the sales progression stage.
- Deliver general administrative assistance to keep the agent’s workflow streamlined and well structured.

- You should be polished, professional, motivated, and bring a positive attitude to the role.
- You need to be highly organised and able to manage a full diary and competing priorities with ease.
- Comfort using CRM platforms and keeping records precise is important.
- A proactive approach to matching buyers through the system and uncovering sales opportunities is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a sharp eye for detail are required.
- You must be comfortable working on your own while supporting a fast-moving real estate setting.
