Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Performance Manager to own the organization’s performance management structure, guide initiatives that improve employee and business results, and support leaders in delivering strategic goals. In this position, you will oversee review cycles, KPI design, talent performance programs, and performance analytics while helping build a strong high-performance culture.
This opportunity suits professionals with solid experience in performance management, human resources, organizational development, talent management, workforce analytics, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and roll out performance management strategies and frameworks across the organization.
- Build and manage review cycles, goal-setting processes, and ongoing feedback systems.
- Define KPIs, OKRs, competency models, and performance tracking tools.
- Work closely with business leaders and HR teams to ensure team and individual goals support company objectives.
- Review workforce performance data, productivity patterns, and trends to uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Coach managers on performance discussions, employee growth, and performance improvement plans.
- Contribute to succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, and recognition programs.
- Maintain fairness, consistency, and compliance in all evaluation processes.
- Prepare performance dashboards, executive summaries, and workforce analytics for senior leadership.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen engagement, capability building, and organizational effectiveness.
- Improve performance management processes and digital HR solutions through continuous enhancement.
- Keep up with new HR trends, AI-enabled performance tools, and best practices in the market.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Management, or a related discipline.
- 5–10+ years of relevant experience in performance management, HR, talent management, organizational development, or people analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement performance management systems.
- Strong knowledge of KPI creation, OKRs, competency frameworks, and talent management methods.
- Excellent coaching, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience with HR analytics and performance management platforms.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related subject.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, CIPD, HRCI, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or an equivalent credential.
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, Culture Amp, or similar tools.
- Exposure to workforce planning, employee engagement, change management, learning and development, and organizational design.
- Experience with multinational organizations or large-scale HR transformation programs.
- Familiarity with people analytics, AI-driven HR solutions, and digital performance platforms.
- Strong multilingual communication skills, especially in English and Arabic, are highly desirable.
