What the job involves
- Increase OTC sales by using link-selling techniques.
- Support customers by recommending and assisting them with all store products.
- Provide a high level of customer service through active engagement with patients and shoppers.
- Build strong product knowledge so advice is accurate and confident.
- Carry out till and point-of-sale tasks with speed, precision, and care.
