Role Overview

This position is for a full-time employee responsible for building business applications and developing cloud-based solutions.

Job Responsibilities

The role involves application development for business systems as well as cloud solution implementation and related work.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should meet one of the following educational or experience backgrounds:

• Graduate of a four-year university
• Graduate of an IT-focused vocational school
• Those with more than 7 years of experience in the IT industry under either of the above educational backgrounds

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate has experience working as a systems engineer in the IT sector and has also taken on leadership responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits

Expected annual compensation is between JPY 6,000,000 and JPY 6,500,000, which corresponds to a monthly range of JPY 400,000 to JPY 430,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and ability.

Additional compensation elements include twice-yearly bonuses in summer and winter, along with an additional year-end bonus. Salary increases are scheduled once per year in April. Allowances are provided for housing, dependents, overtime, and commuting.

Training and development programs are available by career level and stage.

Statutory insurance coverage includes health insurance, employees’ pension insurance, employment insurance, and workers’ accident compensation insurance.

Work Location

The position is based at the head office and at customer sites across the Tokyo metropolitan area.

Working Hours

Standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Holidays and Leave

This role follows a complete two-day weekend system with Saturdays and Sundays off, along with national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, paid leave, refresh leave, and bereavement leave.
