Role Overview

JB Hi-Fi is looking for an energetic and self-driven Merchandise Coordinator to join the team. In this position, you will help drive store sales by carrying out merchandising plans effectively and maintaining strong execution standards across the store.

Your work will focus on merchandising quality, compliance with company standards, and improving efficiency in day-to-day store presentation and execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work with the team to create a positive experience for both in-store and online customers, and help address customer questions or complaints when needed.
• Handle daily merchandising tasks, including planners, setup guides, and the rollout of new product activities.
• Support the JB Hi-Fi brand and store environment by maintaining high standards in merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Working Pattern

JB Hi-Fi operates seven days a week in most locations, so flexibility with working hours is required.

• Experience or familiarity with merchandising activities such as events and promotions, or with operations such as stock movement and inbound/outbound goods handling.
• A positive, can-do approach.
• A strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
• Good multitasking ability and a sharp eye for detail.
