Management System Coordinator

Role Overview

This position supports the delivery of a project by keeping engineering, construction, and project-related information organized and accurate within a dedicated project information platform.

Work Location

Singapore, Singapore. The work is based at a major construction yard facility in Singapore.

Contract Details

The assignment is planned to run from July 2026 through November 2027, though these dates are tentative and may be confirmed later.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the upkeep and organization of project records inside the project information system.
• Ensure information remains accurate and that system data is updated as needed.
• Prepare reports and provide project progress/status information.
• Help different project teams obtain the data they need for their work.
• Support turnover and final close-out documentation tasks.

Requirements

• Prior work experience in a large construction yard setting is required.
• Hands-on familiarity with project information systems or comparable software tools is needed.
• Strong ability in data handling and reporting is important.
