Management Associate

Role overview

This position is designed for someone who will work closely with managers, take on delegated tasks and progressively grow into an independent management executive role.

Training and exposure

• Take part in mandatory on-the-job learning across several operational and support areas, including packaging, warehousing, technical and maintenance functions, customer service, and health, safety, quality, and environment, so you can understand the business from multiple angles.
• Build practical experience by supporting improvement, innovation, and automation initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce dependence on manual processes.
• Develop planning, organising, and stakeholder-management skills while working with both internal teams and external contacts.

Core duties

• Support the department head in planning and directing departmental work.
• Examine current standard operating procedures and look for ways to simplify and streamline processes.
• Assess output quality, productivity, and overall work performance.

Requirements

• A strong bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Logistics and Supply Chain Management is required.
• Applicants should have less than 3 years of post-graduation work experience.
• Candidates must be willing to be trained in Singapore and also ready for deployment to other locations where the company operates worldwide.
