Logistics Analyst

Role overview

As a Logistics Analyst at ESI, part of the MKS brand, you will work closely with planners, buyers, the operations team, and engineers to make sure shipping, warehousing, reporting, and documentation run smoothly and match business requirements. The role reports to the Senior Logistics Supervisor and is based in Singapore, Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a wide range of logistics activities within a manufacturing setting.
• Handle supply chain support, inventory oversight, availability of critical parts, materials movement, import/export licensing, product shipments, and third-party logistics warehousing.
• Review customer support and field service expectations to confirm that customer needs are being satisfied.
• Create, update, and maintain logistics reports and dashboards to monitor performance.
• Assist with tax- and compliance-related reporting tied to logistics operations when relevant.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts across logistics processes and systems.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or a related area.
• Prior exposure to 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and warehouse operations.
• Working knowledge of import/export rules, Incoterms, and shipping paperwork.
• Strong proficiency in SAP, ideally including logistics-related modules.
• Advanced Excel capability and solid data analysis skills.
• High attention to detail along with strong troubleshooting ability.
• Comfortable working under pressure while juggling multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
