Job Responsibilities

The Lead Full Stack Developer will be responsible for building competency frameworks in areas such as cloud-native development, distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures. This role involves aligning development initiatives and design principles with business objectives, delivering solutions within an agile DevSecOps environment, and developing cloud-native microservices adhering to Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles. The position also requires developing responsive, adaptive, and API-integrated user interfaces following UI/UX guidelines, and designing performant, resilient, and highly available application, data, and infrastructure services. Key duties include translating user stories into scalable technical solutions and overseeing the design, development, testing, and implementation of services supporting business functions.

Key Skills and Technologies

A strong conceptual understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native design is essential. The role requires hands-on experience with the Java ecosystem, particularly Spring Boot, and proficiency in APIs, event streaming, and orchestration. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, messaging systems such as MQ and Kafka, and databases including PostgresSQL, YugabyteDB Universe, and Neo4j Graph DB is expected. Familiarity with workflow orchestration using Temporal and distributed runtimes with DAPR is also required. Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Jira, GitHub, and SonarQube is necessary. Exposure to agentic AI systems and LLM-based learning is a plus.

This position is based in Mumbai, Pune, and Bangalore, requiring 11 to 15 years of experience.
