Role Objective
The primary goal of this position is to enhance Personal Loan (PL) conversions by serving as a crucial link between the backend systems and the customer-facing sales teams. This involves maintaining high standards of Management Information System (MIS) accuracy, delivering journey and calling files promptly, and offering ongoing guidance regarding lead status, journey progression, and process-related inquiries. The aim is to facilitate seamless operations and maximize conversion rates.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze Insta PL data and distribute calling-ready journey files to the sales team every two hours to support timely customer outreach and conversions.
- Generate and analyze PFC Journey data, sharing it three times daily with the calling team to aid in lead prioritization and boost conversion efficiency.
- Compile, verify, and disseminate ML application data dumps three times each day, ensuring the sales calling team receives current and actionable lead intelligence.
- Prepare and distribute the daily PL disbursal file, including details on agent mapping, journey type, lender, and insurance attachments, to internal stakeholders and calling teams for tracking, reconfirmation, and reporting purposes.
- Share S2S lead movement and status updates with the S2S team and synchronize this information with the calling team to ensure prompt lead engagement.
- Maintain bi-hourly communication with Site Heads and Call Centre Supervisors concerning lead volumes, conversion progress, pending tasks, and calling team productivity.
- Collaborate with POD, LOB, and ML SPOCs to pinpoint and swiftly resolve any journey-related issues, lead discrepancies, or system problems that hinder conversion performance.

This role is based in Maharashtra, India, and requires a full-time, onsite commitment.
