Key responsibilities

• Gather data from multiple sources, prepare it for use, and keep it organised.
• Review datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity.
• Create dashboards and reporting outputs to monitor business performance.
• Provide support for one-off analysis requests and insight generation.
• Contribute to improving the accuracy and reliability of data.
• Use tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI software to pull and interpret information.
• Look for ways to streamline and automate recurring reporting tasks.
• Share conclusions and recommendations clearly with internal stakeholders.

What the company is looking for

• 0 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or a closely related area.
• Good analytical thinking and a structured approach to solving problems.
• Hands-on experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools.
• Basic SQL knowledge or exposure to data querying tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and genuine interest in working with data.
• Ability to explain findings in a simple, concise, and confident manner.
• A bachelor’s degree in data, economics, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
