Job Description

We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. This role involves actively participating in various project phases, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution design, and deployment. You will research and evaluate alternative solutions, build Proofs of Concept (POCs), and translate business needs into detailed functional designs and requirement specifications. Additionally, you will configure solution requirements, diagnose and resolve issues, and contribute to organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-added solutions. Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to project phases: problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.
• Conduct research to explore and evaluate alternative solutions, including literature surveys and vendor assessments.
• Develop Proofs of Concept (POCs) for proposed solutions.
• Create requirement specifications based on business needs and define future-state processes and detailed functional designs.
• Configure solution requirements within products and diagnose root causes of any issues encountered.
• Seek clarifications and identify/shortlist appropriate solution alternatives.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality, value-adding solutions.

Requirements

• Mandatory skills include Java, Angular, and ReactJS.
• Experience range of 5 to 8 years.
• A notice period of 30 days is required.

Education and Eligibility

• Educational qualifications include BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/MSc./MS in any specialization.
• This role is open to candidates with a B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Bengaluru, India.
