Role overview

This position is for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in ReactJS. The role involves building and supporting scalable enterprise applications across the complete stack, including Java backend services, React-based user interfaces, REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and contemporary DevOps workflows.

The selected candidate will work with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performing applications while following Agile practices and strong engineering standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support scalable full-stack applications using Java and ReactJS.
• Create and improve RESTful APIs and microservices with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Spring Data JPA.
• Build responsive, reusable, and accessible user interfaces with ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Connect applications with messaging platforms such as Apache Kafka and cloud services on Microsoft Azure.
• Work with MS SQL Server for schema design, query tuning, and performance improvement.
• Implement and maintain microservices-based solutions and API gateway integrations.
• Partner with Product Owners, Architects, QA Engineers, and Scrum teams across the software development lifecycle.
• Take part in code reviews and follow coding standards and development best practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps efforts, and automation work.
• Investigate production issues and help improve application performance.

Experience and skills required

• 4 to 6 years of experience in full-stack application development.
• Strong command of Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern front-end development.
• Good working knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Practical experience with microservices architecture.
• Hands-on exposure to Apache Kafka.
• Experience using Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Solid understanding of MS SQL Server and relational database concepts.
• Additional advantage if you have worked with Kubernetes, MuleSoft, and API integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum methods.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related discipline.

Preferred background

• Experience in the Financial Services or Banking domain is preferred.
• Prior ReactJS experience is more desirable than experience with other front-end frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud-native development and container-based deployments is preferred.
