Janitorial Associate

Role overview

As a Janitorial Associate, you’ll help create a strong first and last impression by keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and associates. The role covers cleanliness from the parking lot through restrooms and the receiving area.

Pay and compensation

The hourly pay range for this role is $14 to $27. The final hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage required for the job location. In addition to base pay, annual or quarterly performance incentives may be available.

Extra pay in the form of premiums may also be provided in certain situations, ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour. These premiums can depend on the schedule, facility, season, or the type of work performed, and more than one premium may apply when the conditions are met.

Your main focus will be maintaining store cleanliness and safety across a wide range of areas, including outside spaces and customer-facing zones.
